Allergen & Dietary Advice
All our ingredients are local sourced & Organic , where possible.
Although there is a strict procedure ,when baking and handling ingredients, they are all baked in the same , 5 star Hygiene Rated Kitchen.
The kitchen uses ingredients using gluten, nuts, eggs & Milk.
Having said that, we never bake special dietary bakes at the same time as standard bakes.
Separate Bowls, Utensils, Mixer, Tins and work tops are used.
Cross Contamination is taken very seriously.
In accordance with Food Standards Agency, all Allergens are CLEARLY listed and every item we sell, is labelled.
Preserves, Conserve and Curds are all made in house
Including Marshmallows, which are always made as Vegetarian or Vegan
Everything we make is Vegetarian.
Being a Vegetarian myself, you can be assured, EVERY ingredient is checked and questions asked, from suppliers, if it isn't clear!
